179 pieces of equipment in one overview

A concrete plant has 179 pieces of reserved technical equipment in our tracker — pressure vessels, lifting gear, electrical installations. Each with its own inspection date, its own status and its own report. No missed deadline, no spreadsheet on somebody's drive.

Training between shifts, production never stopped

22 people at a furniture plant went through safety and fire e-learning gradually, between shifts — without a single day of downtime. Certificate validity is tracked automatically and the supervisor sees who is done.

ISO and HACCP in a single audit

We prepared a food business in central Brno for ISO 9001 certification together with HACCP — one combined audit instead of two separate ones, one set of documentation, half the time taken from the manager.

Unannounced labour inspection, represented the same day

An unannounced visit by the labour inspectorate. The client called the emergency line, we were on site and dealt with the inspectors the same day. That is what +420 608 428 107 is for, around the clock.

How we do it like human beings

The usual safety officer misquotes the law and says “this has to be done”.

We talk it through and solve the problem so that it works out for you, for your people and for the authority — so that everyone can agree on it. We know that not everything can be followed to the letter. That is why we deal with people as people.

A paint store, an inspector and a floor with no number on it

In a store of coating materials the labour inspectorate stopped at three things: pallets too close to the gas heaters, no floor load capacity anywhere, no layout plan of the store. The building drawings could not be found.

UsThe first pallet space by the heaters was cleared for good and marked with a sign. The floor got a plate with the usual load capacity of 5 t/m², with the note that the number will be corrected once the drawings turn up. We drew the layout plan from our own evacuation plans.

OutcomeThe findings were closed during a single visit, the store kept running, the inspector got what he came for.

An announced inspection at a packaging plant

A maker of wooden packaging was notified of a labour inspection. Production halls, a wood-fired boiler room, nail guns, a crane, chemicals in PET bottles on the shop floor.

UsA week before the date we walked the site ourselves and split the work with the maintenance team: chemicals back into original containers, damaged blades out, escape routes cleared, storage rules written. At the inspection two of us were sitting there — and the tasks from the report we again split with the client instead of dumping them on him.

OutcomeA report with tasks and a deadline at the end of the month, no shutdown. The photographs from the inspection ended up in the staff training, so people know why.

The fire service is coming in two days, the plant had outgrown its paperwork

An engineering plant took on people and moved up into a higher fire risk category. The fire documentation did not cover that — and the fire service inspection was announced for Thursday noon.

UsWe called the fire service inspector directly and agreed to move the date by a week. In that week we prepared the documentation for the higher fire risk category, and our own fire technician attended the inspection, as the client asked.

OutcomeThe inspection went ahead with the documentation finished. The fire service got order, the company got peace, nobody stopped production.

A sketch from the maintenance man was enough

The fire service wanted a site plan as part of the firefighting documentation. The client's maintenance man drew it himself — simply, but correctly.

UsWe went through the sketch with the fire service and agreed it was enough; we wrote the accompanying text ourselves and the rest gets settled at the practice drill the fire service is planning in the plant anyway.

OutcomeDone straight away, no designer. The fire service has what it needs for an intervention — which is the whole point of that piece of paper.

The situations are real, taken from records of meetings at our clients. We do not give the names of companies or people.
