2026 · what changed this year
Three changes most companies have not caught up with.
We are not making a scare story out of it. They are three concrete things that mean going back into the paperwork — and for our clients we did that ourselves.
From 1 Jan 2026
Accidents are reported electronically
Government Decree No. 322/2025 Sb. replaced the old No. 201/2010 Sb. Any internal rule that still says “we send the record by data box” is now wrong.
From 1 Nov 2025
The site safety plan is written by the coordinator
Act No. 318/2025 Sb. added a sentence to § 15 of Act No. 309/2006 Sb.: the plan is drawn up and kept up to date by the coordinator. The client signs it and binds every contractor to cooperate.
From 1 Jan 2026
Tighter limits for chemicals
Government Decree No. 473/2025 Sb. amended the conditions for health protection at work (Decree No. 361/2007 Sb.) — lead, diisocyanates, asbestos. Where these are handled, job risk categorisation has to be looked at again.

Occupational health and safety
We take over the whole agenda — from categorising jobs by risk to the annual audit carried out on your shop floor.
An audit of every workplace at least once a year — § 108(5) of the Labour Code. Failure to do it is an offence under Act No. 251/2005 Sb.

Fire documentation written for your operation, not a reprinted template. We do the inspections; the fire log keeps itself.

HACCP, environment, ISPOP reporting
Critical control points for food operations, waste management and the annual environmental report — without another round of paperwork.
04–06 · machines, deadlines, records
The dates nobody wants to keep in their head.
Inspections, checks and their reports. We track 1,774 deadlines across two hundred companies — we book the technician, we file the report.

Checks of technical and reserved equipment
Pressure vessels, lifting gear, gas, machines. At one concrete plant we track 179 items, each with its own due date.

The technician comes, we watch the date. The report ends up in the client portal, not in someone's inbox.

Our own software that cuts the paperwork: inspection deadline tracker, e-learning between shifts, medical check requests, accident log, forms. We build it, we don't resell it.

Site safety coordinator
Czech law wants a coordinator from day one of the build, not after an accident. Safety plan and supervision on site.
As amended by Act No. 318/2025 Sb., in force since 1 November 2025.

ISO certification preparation
We set the system up so the certification audit passes without the company drowning in paperwork.
When it goes wrong
An inspector at the door. An accident. A fire.
Here it is hours, not days. We pick up the phone on a Friday evening too, tell you what to get ready, and we are on site the same day.

24/7 crisis assistance
An unannounced inspection by the labour, hygiene, fire or environmental authority, an accident, a fire. We answer and we are there the same day.

E-learning
Train the shift without stopping the line.
Safety and fire training runs online, between shifts, at each person's own pace. Every course ends with a certificate whose validity we track — the system warns before it expires. A furniture plant trained 22 people without a single day of downtime.
